⚠️⭐⭐ Causa 'por estupro é incesto': the Sub-Tte. (de premio, artillery) Aniceto Zabaleta accused by his daughter María Dolores Zabaleta of taking her virginity and impregnating her, then beating her and trying to blame the pregnancy on Santiago Linares (and an alleged liaison with Ramón Sotelo, which Sotelo denies). Escribano cabo José Morales. Zabaleta's confession denies the incest, claiming he was investigating his daughter's relationships with Vicente Elizalde and Ramón Sotelo and trying to find the father of her pregnancy 'para cubrir su honor'; Dolores maintains her father raped & impregnated her. A he-said/she-said domestic sumaria (the Leyva family also involved). Midwives María Ignacia López & Luz Ruiz found Dolores pregnant with no marks of violence. ⭐ Asesor Gómez's resolution: insufficient evidence to convict — absolve Zabaleta provisionally (re-prosecutable), and place Dolores 'en depósito' (protective custody) away from her father. No final decree from Victoria appears, 'probablemente debido á los disturbios políticos' (the Nov-1831 revolt). ⚠️ n337–n345 read at sample leaves. ⚠️ sensitive content — transcribed as a documented criminal record.
