Gloss: Alférez Mariano Guadalupe Vallejo, commander of the San Francisco presidial company, 24 March 1834. Savage recorded the head and the page cite only; the entry is marked in the left margin with a stroke rather than the usual cross. Value here is the calendar entry fixing Vallejo in command at San Francisco on that date.
