Verbatim heading: '829 = Nbre 27 = Sta Clara / Solis a Franco Pacheco.' Verbatim text: 'No continua su marcha pr estar cansados y flacos los caballos; esta dispuesto a entregar la plaza de S. Franco cuando no sea pr bien, pr mal = Que le de parte de lo qe sucede con Raimundo o del otro sugeto pa ponerse en ese Presd luego = Los del Ayuntamo de S. Gloss: Solis halts his march because the horses are tired and thin; he is determined to take the plaza of San Francisco, if not by fair means then by foul; Pacheco is to report what happens with Raimundo or the other man so that Solis can move on that presidio at once; the San Jose de Guadalupe ayuntamiento adheres to the Plan, and to satisfy Solis and Herrera he forwards the oath of fidelity they swore.
