Confirmed at scale=1 with a 3x crop: the reales digit is a looped 6 and the fraction is an unambiguous superscript 11 over 12. The record's direction is also loose (the sum is to be credited TO that habilitación, pertaining to the Real Hacienda, and deducted in that company's Tesorería). Omissions: n480 carries two documents (this and d351); both catalogued.

The originals of these records burned in the 1906 San Francisco fire. What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
