Osio replies that he cannot send the accounts the governor asked for because he does not have them. Verbatim: 'Que no puede mandarle las Cuentas que pidió por no tenerlas.' [= that he cannot send him the accounts requested, not having them]. Savage's cite again carries his binding note '(Mala encuadernación)'.
