Verbatim: 'Que habiendo tenido de arrestar al vecino Miguel Villagrano, el regidor reusó á obedecerle en esa circunstancia' [= having had to arrest the neighbour Miguel Villagrano, the councilman refused to obey him]. The alcalde's side of the quarrel; surname reads Villagrano [Villagrana?].
