Leandry (San Diego); arrested TEN foreigners at Los Angeles: 'y aunque algunos tienen el tiempo de 8 años, otros de seis, cuatro etc &c. de permanencia en este depart.o y la mayor parte artesanos he procedido contra ellos por no tener ninguno los requisitos legales ó pasaporte respectivo que acredite la buena fé con que se introdujeron en el país.'
