'Decreto determinando q. por una vez puedan los obispos con los cabildos, y a falta de aquellos estos solos, proveer las dignidades, canongias y prebendas q. forman la dotacion de sus Yglesias, en el tiempo q. estimaren por conveniente.' [= for one time only, bishops with their cabildos, and where there is no bishop the cabildos alone, may fill the dignities, canonries and prebends forming the endowment of their churches, at such time as they think fit].
