Decree that of the District's alcabala revenue $10,000 be delivered monthly to the Ayuntamiento of the capital by its Aduana, on the same terms and method as the other municipal branches collected in that office, without charging any gratuity for it; for jails, schools and hospitals. 'Decreto p.a del producto de alcabalas del Dist.o se entregasen mensualm.te $10,000 al Ayuntam.to de la Capital por la Aduana de ella... p.a carceles, escuelas y hospitales' [= monthly municipal subvention out of customs duties].
