'Decreto previniendo q. en caso de pronunciam.to en cualquier punto de la Republica los sustraidos de la obediencia al Gob.o sean responsables de mancomun insolidum con sus bienes propios, á las cantidades que por sí ó por sus gefes tomasen violentamente' [= those in pronunciamiento jointly liable in their own property for sums violently taken from individuals, corporations, states or the federal treasury], and forfeiting honours and offices. Distinct from the ports decree of the same date (n231).
