Spans n247-n248. Arms-collection decree: 'Decreto autorizando al Gob.o para recojer las armas de los particulares en el dist.o y Territorios previo la indemnizacion de $5. u.f por cada fusil.' Gloss: the government is authorised to collect private persons' arms in the Federal District and the Territories, paying an indemnity of five pesos in cash per musket.
