Agustin de Yturbide por haberla proclamado en Yguala y conquistado con su prudencia y valor, mandando q. sus cenizas sean conducidas a la Capital y conservadas en la Urna destinadas a los primeros heroes de la Independencia.' It also grants the return of the hero's family and continuance of the pension the law assigned them.
