Nominal list of all persons paid from the federal treasury. Verbatim: «una lista fiel y esacta q. esprese por nombres y apellidos, todos los individuos q. por cualquier titulo, percivan alguna cantidad del tesoro federal, con lo q. cada uno percibia.» Gloss: within one year of publication the government, through the Secretary of the Treasury, must lay before each Chamber a faithful and exact list naming every individual drawing any sum from the federal treasury and the amount each receives.
