Previously catalogued only within a grouped entry; itemised by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit. ⚠ Note: the concealing band does name this document in passing, so it was not wholly invisible; what was missing is a record of its own. It lay inside the span of a grouped entry covering n148-n162, which passed every coverage check while concealing it.
