Estudillo' [= The commission's two additional propositions on imported spirits, approved the same day] 'La Comisión de Arbitrios adicciona al plan de este ramo las proposiciones sigtes'. 1st: foreign aguardiente introduced into the country for trade pays 1 peso per gallon municipal duty, gin, wine and beer 4 reales. 2nd: the Jefe Político to invite the administrador of the maritime customhouse to notify the Ayuntamiento of the kinds of liquor each vessel introduces. Endorsement: in the session of this day the Excma Diputación approved the two articles of the preceding dictamen and resolved that the first be placed after art. 15 of the plan of arbitrios to be put into practice, signed Figueroa and J. M. Maldonado Srio.
