Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n117-n131, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1839. Dic. 17. Mej. / Pavon al admor de la adª de Mont. / Le comunica disposics superiores sobre derechos de cuatro centavos por vara de tejidos ordinarios de algodon / p. 413.' [= Four centavos per vara duty on ordinary cotton cloth] Communicates superior dispositions on a duty of four centavos per vara on ordinary cotton textiles.
