Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n117-n131, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1839. Junio 10. Mej. / Pavon al admor de aduana de Mont.' [= The President recalling the decree of 14 July 1811 on authorities who neglect their duties] A disposition of the President of the Republic causing the tenor of the decree of 14 July 1811 relative to authorities who forget their duties to be recalled; Savage notes 'sigue el decreto', so the 1811 decree itself follows in the original.

What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
