(In quintuplicate.)] Abstract as written: 'Indultando y admitiendo en los cuerpos que ellos eligieren, á los individuos de las tropas españolas que desertaron ántes ó despues de la voz de Independencia.' A pardon admitting into whichever corps they choose those men of the Spanish troops who deserted before or after the call of Independence. Sent in five copies.
