Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n16-n27, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1826 = Diciembre 31 = México. / Gomez = Pedraza = Memoria de Marina.' [= 1826, December 31, Mexico. Gomez Pedraza. Memoria of the Navy.] The annual ministry report on the Navy. Heading and cite only; no abstract line. This is one of the two 'Memorias' the band summary already mentions generically, but it has no record of its own.
