Superior Government State Papers, Benicia, tomo XIX–XXI · BANC MSS C-A 58, document 29

Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n28-n39, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '1826. / √ Mayo 1.o p p = 426 = 7. / √ Junio 1.o p = 428.' [= 1826. May 1 and June 1, two further sub-entries continuing the Riesgo / Rosario decree series from n37.] Dates and page cites only; Savage supplied no abstract line for either. Two separate pieces on separate page ranges.

FromJuan Maria Riesgo, Comisario, at Rosario (carried over from the n37 header). No recipient named. That the header carries over is my reading of the layout, since the leaf repeats only '1826.'

The originals of these records burned in the 1906 San Francisco fire. What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
