Diego la Fragª Amª 'Pocahontas' llevando á su bordo á Victoria, y haber manifestado al público los trabajos de la Diputa[cion]', continuing on n189: 'el segundo pidiendo las actas de 10 y 11 y el 3º manifestando no serle posible pasar á reunirse con la Diputacion pr. ser necesario á la paz qe. permanezca á la cabeza de las fuerzas. Se decretó qe. se le contestase mandándole las actas y diciendole qe. la Diputacion tiene pr. justos los motivos qe. alega pª no presentarse.'
