SESSION ACTA Heading verbatim: '+ 1834. = Abril 30. = Mont. / J. B. Alvarado á Gefe Politico' [= 1834, April 30, Monterey. Juan Bautista Alvarado to the Jefe Político.] 'Hace renucia de Srio. de la Diputacion, por estar enfermo.' Alvarado resigns the secretaryship of the Deputation on grounds of illness. Dated and documented, and the resignation is answered on 10 May 1834 (p.430-34 below) as having been accepted. Alvarado nevertheless reappears as secretary in the 1 September 1835 acta at n218-n219, where he takes Maldonado's place. Savage's 'renucia' for 'renuncia' kept as written.
