SESSION ACTA Heading verbatim: '+ 1832. = Dibre. 31. = Mont. / José Aguilar' [= 1832, December 31, Monterey. José Aguilar.] 'Certifica habersele pagado á J. B. Alvarado á cuenta de sueldos como Srio de Diputacion $326 = 75.c' Aguilar certifies that Alvarado has been paid $326.75 on account of his salary as secretary of the Deputation. A hard salary figure for a named Californio officeholder at a fixed date, and the earliest-dated document in the whole band, three years before the sessions the grouped entry claims to describe. Savage writes the month 'Dibre'.
