José Figueroa to the President of the Deputation.] 'Dice: Que adjunta expedientes sobre terrenos baldios.' Figueroa encloses the expedientes on vacant public lands. The transmittal that puts the baldío files before the Deputation, and the direct antecedent of the Comisión de terrenos valdíos whose dictámenes are voted in the 15 October 1835 session above. Same date as Carlos Antonio Carrillo's ayuntamiento propositions.
