Territorial Diputación.] Savage abstract: the petition of PEDRO ROMERO for a carta de naturaleza (letter of naturalisation). Decreed that it be returned to the interested party so that he or his attorney may present it before the corresponding authority, per the ley de 14 de Abril de 1828 (the Mexican naturalisation law). A naturalisation case at territorial level, and evidence that the Diputación declined jurisdiction and routed it to the federal channel.
