Passed to the comisiones de Colonización y terrenos valdíos. (B) The Ayuntamiento of the Capital's works project for the Casas Consistoriales. (C) FURTHER ARBITRIOS: foreign aguardiente 1 peso per gallon, ginebra (gin) the same, wine and beer 4 reales per gallon; the maritime customs administrator to notify the Ayuntamiento of the quantity of liquor carried by each ship, to prevent fraud. (D) THE REGLAMENTO INTERIOR COMPLETED: Título 8º De las Votaciones (arts. 54-56 on); Título 9º De los acuerdos (art. 58); Título 10º Del Ceremonial (arts. 59-61); Título 11 De la Guardia (arts. 62-65); Título 12º De la Tesorería (arts. 66-68); Título 13º De la Concurrencia (arts. 69-72); Título 14º De la observancia del Reglamento (arts. 73-75). Then a new article added to the 2nd: 'El día 31 de Agosto de cada año, suspenderá sus sesiones ordinarias, se disolverá si no tuvieren asuntos graves que tratará y estará en receso el resto del año; pero se reunirá á sesiones extraordinarias todas las ocasiones que sea convocada por el Gefe Político' — approved. Two amendments: art. 8 gains 'Y disfrutará por ahora el sueldo de 50 ps. mensuales' (the Secretary's salary, 50 pesos a month); art. 63 gains 'Quien la solicitará de las autoridades respectivas.' 'Se levantó la Sesion pública pa. entrar en Secreta. = José Figueroa = José Ma. Maldonado, Srio.'
