Prior acta approved; account taken of three oficios from the Alcalde of the Pueblo de los Angeles concerning timber cutting by vecinos of that pueblo, referred to the Comision de Misiones; and an oficio from the Alcalde of the Capital asking clarification of the limits of jurisdiction, referred to the Comision de Gobernacion.
