SESSION ACTA Heading verbatim: '+ 1835. = Sbre. 10º = Mont. / Diputacion Territorial' [= 1835, September 10, Monterey. Territorial Deputation (session record).] Prior acta approved. The session took account of a 'Solicitud que hacen vecinos de Sn Franco, pidiendo pertenecer á la jurisdiccion de Sn José por razon de conven[i]encias q.e le resultan al Publico y á ellos mismos' (a petition by vecinos of San Francisco asking to belong to the jurisdiction of San José, on the ground of the conveniences resulting to the public and to themselves). Savage's closing verb is 'Aprovadol en lo particular' (approved in particular), i.e. carried on the article-by-article vote. This is the single item record d17 names in its one-line summary; d17 spans 26 leaves and gives it neither date nor page cite. No individual petitioner is named in the copy.
