Coveragecomplete
Coverage: FULL VOLUME ITEM-READ n0–n98 (completion pass 2026-07-27, 4-agent sweep + lead verification). 48 records. Multi-tomo: Tomo IX Miscellaneous (marquee docs + TOC index) + 6 CA-specific copyist abstract-books — Presidios X–XI, Departmental Payments XII–XIII, Commissary/Treasury Receipts XIV, Despatches From Other Departments XV (only national/inter-state material, index-grain, bounded by the n95 Valenzuela colophon), Memorials/Reports XVI (Alamán 1832 census). The 07-17 'XI–XVI = national-decree bulk' label was a mischaracterization — corrected. Rows 9–18 (Tomo IX pp.75–193, incl. Vallejo→Ross & Gómez→Sitka) are index-only (Savage indexed but did not transcribe them). Cite by printed orig page; page systems reset per sub-tomo (Bancroft stamp = scan+1). (“partial” = routine runs bounded, not itemized — significant documents are.)

Manuscript scans: this volume on the Internet Archive (digitized microfilm of the Savage transcripts).
