Coveragecomplete
Coverage: Complete; incoming register read leaf-by-leaf n0–n444. Tomo VII pp. 735–869 (the 'Nº 15' outgoing borrador letterbook) is ABSENT FROM THE SAVAGE COPYBOOK — Savage never abstracted it (scan jumps n363→n364; his note at n363 says the drafts carry no substance and their content is captured via the incoming pages). Originals burned 1906, so there is NOTHING to read and no ca43-style recovery is possible — complete-by-design is FORCED, not a discovery gap. VERIFIED 2026-07-28. See [[gap-read-verification-2026-07-27]]. (“partial” = routine runs bounded, not itemized — significant documents are.)
