Previene la publicación de un bando (imitando otro de los Alcaldes de Casa y Corte de Madrid) mandando que los cirujanos, antes de dar cuenta a la Justicia, curen inmediatamente a cualquier persona herida de mano violenta o de accidente, dando después aviso al Juez Real. Penas (para las Provincias Internas, incl. Californias): 25 ps. la 1ª vez que falten a la curación o al aviso inmediato (u 8 horas si es incómoda); 50 ps. + 2 años de destierro a 20 leguas la 2ª; 100 ps. + 4 años de presidio la 3ª
