Acusa recibo de la nota de Moraga (1 Ene 1780) quejándose de los soldados Cordero, Lote, Silva y Pacheco por resistirse a trabajar en la fábrica de la iglesia del Presidio de San Francisco, a pesar de habérseles intimado por orden del real servicio; Neve reprocha a Moraga que su negligencia es causa de la insubordinación. Sigue otra nota de Moraga (S. Francisco, 29 Feb 1780)
