Prior viceroy (per Rl Orden 12 Oct 96) ordered hoja de servicios totalized at year-end; Azanza now resolves they be redone 'por fin de Dbre del pte año' and passed 'por cuadruplicado' each January every two years, for officers, 'sargtos y cadetes de las Compas Presidiales'; interim years remit only new entries; 'haciendo tambien por cuadruplicado durante la guerra.'
