— At Arrillaga's request the Viceroy ordered the Habilitado General to send the four presidios wheat and maize measures and measuring rods adjusted to the metropolitan standard, arriving on the Memorias ship; cost charged to the fondo de gratificación; new sealed copies to be made locally, missions to conform through their district ministers, the imported set serving only as model and check; nothing unsealed may be sold with.
