War declaration published — verbatim 'Haber publicado el bando q.e incluye la declaracion de guerra á la Rusia' (in the Abril 29 1800 group on n34; Spain was at war with Russia from Sept 1799, so RUSIA stands as written). [Re-keyed n35→n34 + re-dated 1793→1800, leaf-verified 2026-09-02; the old '[Francia?]/FRANCE at n117-118' gloss belonged to a different, genuinely-1793 item]

How to cite this document
Arrillaga to Viceroy, 1800-04-29, Provincial State Papers, p.xxi.98–9, Archives of California, C-A 14, Bancroft Library, University of California, Berkeley.Cite the document by series, tomo and original tomo page, as the literature does; the C-A number locates it in the repository. To cite this catalogue entry itself, use https://archivesofcalifornia.com/record/ca14/ca14-d31.htmlThe originals of these records burned in the 1906 San Francisco fire. What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
