'Se reduce á q.e Carcaba, Habil.º Gral, suspenda su viage á España, hasta q.e se nombre en Cal.ª otro Habil.º Gral p.ª q.e reciba los $89372 importe de los situados p.ª las tropas de Cal; pues q.e no es conv.te q.e los reciba un int.º' [= the Habilitado General may not leave for Spain until a successor is named, because $89,372 of troop situado must not pass through an interim holder]. 'Dice se pase órd.n al Gob.r de Cal p.ª q.e se proceda á la eleccion de Habil.º Gral, debiendo ser esta triple' — a triple slate required.
