Payment wrongly made to the widow of Cap.n Romualdo Pacheco [killed at Cahuenga, 1831]: she was allowed a share in the last prorateo on the belief 'que la viuda del Cap.n Pacheco gozaba alg.a pension por Montepio', 'pero no siendo así, tiene él que reponerlo á la Hac.da pública: el resto hasta los $163 - deberá satisfacerlo al que lo hubiere mandado'. Adds: 'pues aún en el caso de q.e el difunto Cap.n Pacheco tenga alcances, ni están liquidadas sus cuentas, ni tengo facultad p.a mandarlos pagar miéntras su cuerpo no esté ajustado por la Sub. Comisaria'.
