Dice está mandado por el Sup.mo Gob.o que 'la mitad de los caudales que ingresen en las Comis.as Departam.les se pongan á disposicion de los Gob.res respectivos para los gastos de la lista civil que corresponde á su ramo'; que el Gob.o Sup.mo acaba de escribir que d.ha ley 'está vig.te y en práctica': 'En tal virtud... dará c.ta á la Comand.a Gen. de los ingresos, por mitad, de caudales que haya en esa Sub-comis.a para hacer la distrib.n que corresponda á la lista militar.'
