Sobre empleos de marina servidos por oficiales de ejército: 'mas esta Sup.ma resol.n no lo faculta p.a conocer en el gob.o privativo de la Comand.a Gen.' Razon mas p.a que 'el Gob.o político no se ingiera en las atribuciones que son esclusivam.te del Comand.te Gen.'
