- Previously read —. Added 2026-07-12 after the resolver audit: Bancroft's 'Prov. Rec., MS., ix. 122-3' resolved to the wrong documents because the catalog and Bancroft use different page systems in this volume. This record was located and read at the leaf (scans n374–375, handwritten leaf numbers 122–123, orig. pp. 367–71).
The originals of these records burned in the 1906 San Francisco fire. What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
