Gobr al Virrey, 'Sobre artilleria &a.' 'Que causa lastima estado de las habitaciones de los 4 Pres.os, cercas y tapias; Que Sn Franco tiene 1 Compañia de 73, manteniendose 35 hombres, sin incluir guardia de Fuerte de Sn Joaquin' [= 4 presidios' quarters/walls pitiful; SF's company of 73 keeps only 35 men, excl. the Ft. San Joaquin guard]. Comandante's house tiled, none for officers; cuartel half-roofed, no secure gaol, reos exposed and damp; no guard quarters at Yerba Buena 'ni Pacal[?]'. spans n341-onward.
