Mar 4 (pp.543-46): al cadete Gervasio Argüello asignación de 100 pesos mensuales durante el destino de Habilitado General. ⭐ Mar 8 (pp.546-47): orden q.e prohíbe la 'extracción de platas pastas del Reyno'; 'haber tomado posesión Virrey de N.E. Juan Ruiz de Apodaca.' ⭐⭐ Apr 10 (pp.546-50): 'continuas aguas… y desgracias en Presº de Sn Franco'; 'Avisa haber llegado á Sn Franco 6 cayucos con un oficial Ruso y habiendo este pedido permiso (de pasar á Monterey) para entregar un pliego por tierra, se le negó, retirándose p.a hacerlo por agua.'
