Transcribing the superior order of the 11th inst. to the Minister of Hacienda: 'de orden del Presid.te que todos los Cuerpos de milicia activas de Infanteria y Caballerias, se pongan inmediatam.te sobre las armas y bajo el pie de guerra, á cuyo fin se dán ordenes á los Gobernadores de los Departamentos' — all active militia bodies of infantry and cavalry to be put immediately under arms and on a war footing; orders issued to the departmental governors.
