'Sobre toma de razon de despachos de Ofic.s' [on the registration of officers' commissions]. Returns the despachos of Capn Jose de la Guerra y Noriega; Tentes Jose Ma Estudillo, Ignacio Martinez and Juan Mariner; and Alfereces Jose Joaqn Maitorena and Jose Sanchez, 'para que los acompanen con copias en papel sellado, pa que quede en el archivo' [so they may be accompanied by copies on stamped paper for the archive]. Before receiving their new despachos they must pay the cost of the papel sellado on which they are to be entered.
