Customs regime for the Russian Bodega trade. Orders the SF receiver to stop merchandise 'introducidas… desde el puerto de Bodega… sin satisfacer los derechos nacionales' unless consignees observe the law; inspection/manifest rules for foreign vessels; clause 4 explicitly covers 'las embarcaciones menores de los rusos inmediatos' — the small craft of the nearby Russians (Ross/Bodega) may trade under bond & duties, on pain of confiscation ('caer en decomiso').
