Coverage: VERIFIED terminal 2026-07-28 (gap-read audit) — best-evidenced bound in the archive: copyist Savage's SIGNED volume-end nota (n139, Sep 1877) certifies the remainder routine (multas, ballenero names, small contraband), AND a 2nd sampling pass (07-25, ~26% density) proved the sweep recovers hidden items (caught the Stephen Smith steam-engine→Rancho Bodega find, n95).
