'Decreto del Cong. gral. indultando de la pena Capital á los gefes y oficiales de la milicia civica, que se sublevaron contra el Sup.mo Gob.o en el Estado de Zacatecas, y á los soldados de toda pena. (Publicado en Cal. por Nicolas Gutierrez en 29 de Enero/1836.)' = pardons from capital punishment the chiefs and officers of the civic militia who rose against the government in Zacatecas, and remits all punishment for the soldiers.
