Art. 1: 'he venido en senalar para que dicha disposicion Suprema tenga su Cumplimiento el Domingo 22 del Corriente, a las ocho y media de la manana en que se hallaran reunidos en casa del C. Alcalde 1o., el Ylustre Ayuntamiento sin faltar ninguno de sus miembros y todos los empleados Civiles; desde cuya casa, se hara un paseo civico hasta la Yglecia.' Art. 2: after the church function the party proceeds to the Sala de Gobierno where the Gefe Politico swears before the Ayuntamiento and the Ayuntamiento by acclamation before him, then tribunal and office staff. Art. 3 begs all vecinos to attend Mass and oath 'en el trage decente que corresponde'. Cites the supreme decree of 27 Oct. of the preceding year as its warrant.
