Prefect Castro publishes by bando a communication from the interim Governor transcribing Gov. Alvarado's, which in turn inserted the Minister of the Interior's note of August, quoted verbatim: 'Exmo. Sr. Hoy se traslada al Consejo de Gob.o en consulta la nota de V.E. de 9 de Marzo ult.o y se incluye el testimonio que acompañó de las actas de la Junta Dptal. q. contienen los acuerdos sobre elecciones de Diputados al Cong.o gral. y de indivíduos á la Junta Dptal.'
