'1833 Nov.e 4 Monterey / Manuel Jimeno Casarin, al Ayuntam.to de Monterey. / Recitacion de la ley de 12 de Julio, y avisando haber cumplido con la comision que se le confirió sobre elecciones primarias, y acompaña el Padron de los Ciudadanos votantes.' [Recital of the law of 12 July, reporting that he has discharged the commission entrusted to him over primary elections, and enclosing the roll of voting citizens.] Marginal '+'.
